Page Title

  • Center “Table of Contents” [without quotation marks] as the page title.
  • Format this page title as the largest heading on the page.
  • Do not include any other title.

List of Fact Sheets

  • List the title of the fact sheet and the byline (e.g., by Bette Garson).
  • Use formatting to make the fact sheet title stand out as more important than the byline.
  • Use leading dots between the byline and the page number.
  • Add the page number. Just the number.
  • Make sure that the left and right margins line up. No ragged edges.
  • Double space (leave 1 blank line) between the fact sheet titles.
