Overview

Create the title page for your Fact Sheet Collection. Your title page is one of the first things someone will see when they look at your report. It is also an easy piece of your report to write. The hardest part is writing a strong title.

How You Do It

  1. Add your Fact Sheet Collection title about one-third down the page, following these guidelines:
  2. Skip a few blank lines, and add the label Prepared for: and then the names and positions of the primary reader of the report (the decision-maker, the client you identified in your Proposal).
  3. Skip another blank line, and add the label Prepared by: and then list the names of the members of your group who contributed a fact sheet.
  4. Skip down a few more blank lines, and add the date that the report was submitted. For consistency, use the same date format that you’ve used at the end of your fact sheets.
  5. See the Annotated Title Page for Your Fact Sheet Collection for help.
  6. Share your draft with your group and make additional revisions as necessary to connect with the other sections of your report.
