1. Save your project as a PDF so that you can upload it to Copilot or the AI tool of your choice.
2. Open the AI Prompt to Check Your Proposal.
3. Open the AI tool you’ve chosen (such as Copilot or Gemini) in your web browser and log into the tool.
4. Copy the prompt from the AI Prompt to Check Your Proposal and paste it into the question area of your AI tool.
5. Click the Upload button in the question area, and upload the PDF draft of your Proposal.
6. Click the Send button in the AI tool and wait for the response.
7. Click the Export or Download button to save your response as a PDF. Save it in case I ask for it later.
8. Go back to the Self-Check, and follow the rest of the instructions in the Self-Check to confirm the criteria for the project.
