- Save your project as a PDF in two separate files (one with the revised user documentation and the other with your reflection memo) so that you can upload it to Copilot or the AI tool of your choice.

- Open Copilot in your web browser and log into the tool using your VT.EDU username and password.
Checking your User Documentation Revision
- Open the Copilot Prompt to Check Your User Documentation Revision.
- Copy the prompt from the Copilot Prompt to Check Your User Documentation Revision and paste it into the question area on Copilot.
- Click the Upload button in the Copilot question area, and upload the PDF draft of your Survey of Website Writing in Your Field Informal Report.
- Click the Send button in Copilot and wait for the response. Here’s an example response to another student’s project.
- Click the Export button to save your response as a PDF. Save it in case I ask for it later.
Checking your Reflection Memo
- Open the Copilot Prompt to Check Your Reflection Memo.
- Copy the prompt for the User Documentation Memo from the Copilot Prompt to Check Your User Documentation Memo PDF and paste it into the question area on Copilot.
- Click the Upload button in the Copilot question area, and upload the PDF draft of your Reflection Memo only.
- Click the Send button in Copilot and wait for the response. Here’s an example response to another student’s Reflection Memo.
- Click the Export button and save your response as a PDF.
- Upload the PDF you just exported to the second quiz question below so that I can see the responses Copilot gave you.
Finishing Your Self-Check
- Go back to the Self-Check, and follow the rest of the instructions in the Self-Check to confirm the criteria for the project.
