As professional, you will frequently be asked to present information—sometimes in small meetings and sometimes to large groups. Watch a presentation in person by a professional in your field. A lecture (including Zoom lectures) or class presentation for another course you are taking will work. Make notes about what the speaker has done well and about what parts weren’t as successful.
To reply, briefly describe the presentation, including the name of the speaker and the topic. Next, imagine advising the speaker on how to improve. What’s the most important thing that the speaker could have done to make the presentation more effective?
After you post your ideas, you can read through the comments your classmates post and reply as you like.
