In your Recommendation Report, use the bibliographical format that is typically used in your field. For example, if you are an electrical engineer, you would use IEEE format.

Here are some tools you can use to create citations:

• Mendeley is free citation manager software (available online or as a download) that creates every style.
• Zotero is free citation manager software (available online, as a browser extension, or as a download) that creates every style.
